We act as an intermediary filing agent on your behalf. While we ensure all documents are submitted quickly and accurately, government registry processing times may vary. We are not liable for delays originating at the destination registry level.
The client is strictly responsible for providing accurate, non-fraudulent KYC (Know Your Customer) and UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) declarations. Attempting to incorporate utilizing fabricated identities will result in immediate termination.
