Please note that NO REFUNDS shall be issued once a company incorporation has initiated at the government registry level. Because registry fees, stamp duties, and processing expenses are remitted immediately upon application submission on your behalf, these operational costs are strictly irreversible.
If you cancel your order before we have processed the documents for registry filing, a partial refund may be issued minus an administrative consulting fee for the review of your files. However, if the status of your order reads as "Processing", it has passed the point of no return.
In the rare event that a destination government registry rejects an incorporation (due to name collisions, non-compliance features, or flagged KYC), we will work with you to amend and resubmit the application. The initiation cost remains non-refundable.
